I've been a Bluehost client for the past three years at the Plus web hosting level. I build WordPress powered websites and simple HTML/CSS/JavaScript sites. In that time I have never seen service go down long enough for me to notice it (so as far as I apprehend, it never has!). Value: As a renewing client, I was a small amount disappointed by the value they offered me for a three years hosting. I was seeing higher offers elsewhere (and even for Bluehost NEW customers) therefore I determined to go away.
